Product Description
Silicone rubber coated silica fbaric is silica fabric coated one side or both sides with silicone rubber. The material has a higher strength base fabric and higher temperature capability compared to conventional welding fabric, making it suitable for heavy-duty protection of personnel and equipment. Moreover, the coated material exhibits outstanding abrasion resistance.
standard silica fabrics can be laminated with aluminized film or coated with silicone to obtain special performance properties. The aluminized film is primarily used for its thermal reflectivity and the silicone coated fabric is used for abrasion resistance. Both give gas and liquid impermeability.
Silicone Coated Silica Fabrics for industrial application requiring a compromise of thermal protection and abrasion resistance properties.
